il444 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and il444 ("il444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the il444 platform, including the website at il444.bet, all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotions, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

By accessing the il444 website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the il444 platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are available on the il444 website at all times and may be updated periodically. il444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2Eligibility

To register and use the il444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. il444 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all players. Registering with a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must register and maintain only one account on il444. A player may not hold more than one active account at any time. Multiple accounts used by the same individual will each be closed, and any balances or bonuses associated with those accounts will be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of il444 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion database or program, including any gambling harm prevention register. If you are self-excluded, you must not register or attempt to access il444.

3Account Registration

To access il444's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. il444 uses your mobile number as your primary account identifier and for account verification and communication purposes.

Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You agree to promptly notify il444 of any changes to your registered information. il444 may require you to verify any change of information by providing supporting documentation. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. il444 will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as authorized by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must:

• Immediately change your password via the Account Settings page.
• Contact il444 customer support via live chat immediately and report the suspected compromise.
• Do not use or attempt to use the account until the compromise has been fully investigated and resolved by il444's security team.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

il444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. il444 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. il444 accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction. Deposits credit within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction. Deposits credit within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Rocket and Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction. Processing times may vary depending on network conditions at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your name that match the payment method you used to fund your il444 account. il444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• il444 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their service terms.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours during operational hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• il444 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering compliance measure. Failure to provide requested documentation will delay or prevent withdrawal processing until compliance is completed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

il444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published in the relevant promotion description. The general terms in this section apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by il444 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period stated in the promotion description. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.

General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses offered by il444 unless a bonus-specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or methods constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are only available on games that are included in the wagering contribution schedule for that bonus. Certain game categories — including live casino tables and specific slot titles — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• il444 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire on the date stated in the promotion description. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress associated with an expired bonus are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

Bonus Withdrawal

Where a welcome bonus or deposit bonus is credited as a combination of real money and bonus money, the real money component is always played first. Winnings generated from real money wagers are added to your real money balance and are withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Winnings generated from bonus money wagers are added to your bonus balance and remain subject to the applicable wagering requirement until that requirement is completed.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on il444 are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's own published rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any discrepancy between il444's general gameplay conditions and a game provider's published rules, the game provider's published rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific game.

Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical fault, game interruption, or malfunction affecting a game round, il444 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed on that round to the player's account. il444 is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions. If a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, il444 is not obligated to honour that win and reserves the right to void the game round and return the wager.

Sports Betting Rules

il444 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets. The following general conditions apply to all sports bets placed on il444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. All bets are final upon placement. il444 will not accept claims for cancellation based on user error, change of mind, or information obtained after bet placement.
• Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a display or pricing error at the time of placement, il444 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Events abandoned or postponed will be treated in accordance with il444's event settlement rules, which are available on request from il444 customer support.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on il444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, using another person's account, or assisting a third party in creating or using an account on il444.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to access il444, place bets, or interact with any game or market in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to manipulate odds.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments, unauthorized use of another person's payment account, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to exploit game errors, display glitches, pricing mistakes, or software vulnerabilities to gain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Using the il444 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling, including operating a commercial gambling service, acting as an agent for other players, or any other commercial exploitation of il444 services.

8Account Suspension and Closure

il444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or account registration obligations.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by il444 following a request for verification documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct in connection with the account or any transaction made through the account.
• A voluntary closure request from the account holder, including a self-exclusion request submitted through il444's responsible gaming tools or via customer support.

Where an account is closed at il444's discretion due to a breach of these Terms, il444 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance and any associated bonuses or winnings. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the account holder and there is no outstanding breach of these Terms, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completed KYC verification.

9Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the il444 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the il444 platform without the prior written consent of il444. Unauthorised use of il444's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, il444 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the il444 platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the il444 platform or any specific game or service, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service provider failure, or circumstances beyond il444's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the il444 platform, including odds, statistics, game results, or promotional descriptions, except where such loss or damage results directly from il444's fraud or wilful misconduct.

12Privacy and Data Protection

il444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at il444.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an account on il444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. il444 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and applicable promotions. il444 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

13Amendments to These Terms

il444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, il444 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, il444 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the il444 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the il444 platform and may close your account. Outstanding balances in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completed KYC verification.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and il444, you should first contact il444's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. il444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and promptly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process as determined by il444 in accordance with applicable law.
